    on

NAME: Denise Umwaruke but I use Vannesa Fobie

PARENTS: My father is the late Mutayatinya Fobie and my mother is Fatuma.

    AGE: Still thinking………..

HER STORY: My father died when I was 12 years and I grew up with my grandmother in Namasuba. I have 6 brothers and sisters.  I’m a graduate in IT from Makerere University but currently I’m into arts. I’m an artiste and I think I have what it takes. Since I was a child I admired Juliana and Mesach Semakula. I’m single and not searching. The biggest challenge I’ve seen in the Ugandan Music industry is that as a lady, everyone wants to get a taste of you before they help you or work with you. I think that is why most female artistes take a long time to break through. I currently have 5 songs and advise ladies especially those who want to join the music industry to work hard and avoid giving their bodies away for help.

    ENJOY HER JUICY PHOTO SHOOT…….

IT’S WAS A ‘PUM PUM’ DAY: Fire Baby Nwagi Concert In Pictures: Photos Of The Good, Bad, Ugly And Beautiful That You Missed…

    Published

    on

Over eight revelers fell unconscious at Nwagi’s concert due to the big crowd.

Renowned musician Winnie Nakanwagi alias Winnie Nwagi (Fire Baby) made history yesterday, 9th, September after she filled Lugogo Cricket Oval to the brim during her concert that was dubbed ‘Fire Concert.’

The theme of the concert was, “It’s not a fire concert without fireworks.”

With entrance fee of Shs.20,000 (Ordinary), Shs.80,000 (early VIP), Shs.100,000 (Gate VIP) and Shs.2.5m for a table of eight (8), Cricket Oval was full by 8:00pm.

The concert was sponsored by KT Events, Swangz Avenue, Club Pilsner, New Vision among others.

Her concert was attended by a number of artists who included; Zawedde Priscilla alias Azawi, Luggya Veronica alias Vinka, Walukagga Shafik alias Fik Fameica, Namukwaya Hajjara alias Spice Diana, Nina Kankunda alias Nina Roz among others.

Other musicians included, Karole Kasita, Mukiiza Frank alias Feffe Bussi, Yusuf Senabulya alias Kabako, Carol Nantongo among others.

Among the renowned musicians who also attended but did not perform was Juliana Kanyomozi and Rema Namakula.

As performers, excited revelers, MCs led by Patrick Salvador and others invited the musician of the day, with Fireworks which were lit for over 20 minutes.

Nwagi appeared in a glamorous wedding-like red dress which did not excite revellers being that they expected her to put on her usual ‘pum pum’ shorts.

As she started to perform, her designers kept coming on stage and removing one outfit for each song.

This too shocked revelers as she didn’t have to leave stage to change but rather remove one cloth from the other live on stage.

Meanwhile, the biggest number of fans were seen dressed exactly like she normally dresses in her ‘pum pum’ shorts and buggy shirts.

As the concert got more exciting, many were seen fainting, because of the enormous crowds.

Nwagi however expressed her gratitude to her fans for coming in to support her.

theGrapevine brings to you the hottest and thick babes at the biggest concert so far this year.
